Domaine Ponsot Cuvée du Pinson Bourgogne 2021

This bright, fresh Bourgogne is sourced from vineyards in Morey and Gevrey and has a deep crimson body with a light magenta rim. Tart red berry flavours mingle with soft hints of shiitake mushroom and freshly picked mint, with a touch of earthy minerality on the finish. Can be enjoyed tonight after an hour in the decanter or stored on its side until 2036.
