Domaine Rapet Père & Fils Vieilles Vignes Chorey-lès-Beaune 2021

Youthful aromas of ripe raspberry mingle with the characteristically floral notes of northern Côte de Beaune in this wine. Its hints of hibiscus tea and freshly picked violets fade into flavours of baking spice and toasted oak. A touch too young to serve tonight, but will drink favourably from 2025 to 2035+.
