Domaine Sabanis Limniona 2021

Limniona is gaining popularity as one of Greece’s leading red grapes. This rich wine has expressive red fruit, mixed spices, savoury herbs and a distinct minerality. Firm tannins give it great definition and speak to the ageability of the grape. It’s drinking well now and will continue to evolve into the early 2030s. Serve it with braised meats, or try it with a fruit-and-nut-based dessert.
