Domaine St. Patrice Vieilles Vignes Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2017

Deeply penetrating flavors of blackberry jam and spiced plum take center stage in this luscious yet airy blend of Grenache (70%), Syrah (20%) and Mourvèdre (10%). Sourced from pebbly and sandy soils and vinified entirely in concrete, it’s brilliantly fruit-focused but edged by smoky tones of crushed stone, graphite and game.
