Domeniile Cuza Saperavi/Feteasca Neagra 2023

From one of Republic of Moldova’s oldest wineries, this red is made from 80% Saperavi and 20% Feteasca Neagra grapes, all of them grown on the estate. The fruit is harvested by hand and the wine is matured for two years in large oak casks. Evocative of blackcurrant, dried plum, spicy black pepper and vanilla, it will pair nicely with grilled pork or game.
