Dominio de Punctum Sin Sulfitos Barrel Aged Tempranillo 2018

This take on Spain’s signature grape is from a family winery founded in 2005 by a brother and two sisters. The wine is certified organic and has zero added sulphites, meaning it meets the requirements typical of the ‘natural wine’ movement. It’s fruit-forward and easygoing, with juicy cherry embroidered by subtle herbal and earthy notes. It’ll show nicely with baked eggplant sandwiches or pisto manchego (Spanish ratatouille).
