Fermented in stainless steel and then aged in a combination of French and American oak, this wine offers superb freshness, drive and depth. There’s plenty of Cabernet character, with cassis, ripe black cherry and plum notes atop oak, tobacco and coffee. Pair with grilled steak, mushroom burgers, or a tri-tip sandwich. Dough provides two annual needs-based scholarships to students of George Brown’s hospitality and culinary arts programs.
