This wine is crafted to be an approachable, fruity, easy-drinking Cabernet with wide appeal. It’s sourced from sandy soils in the Wahluke Slope area, where the warmth of the day is offset by cooler evening temperatures, imparting vibrancy and lift to the ripe, concentrated fruit, mocha and herbal notes. Ideal with pork tenderloin or braised short ribs. Drink through 2029.
