Duca di Saragnano Sir Passo 2024

This wine is a celebration of traditional and modern approaches. A portion of the grapes are kept on the vine for four weeks while the rest are fermented. The freshly crushed juice, skins, pips and stems of the held grapes are then added to the wine post-fermentation, enhancing the intensity and concentration of the raspberry, plum and cherry tones in this long, spicy wine.
