Duca di Saragnano Sir Passo 2024

A portion of the grapes for this wine were left on the vine for four weeks before being harvested, and the must (i.e., freshly crushed juice that includes the skins, pips and stems) added to the wine after fermentation. This creates an intense, approachable wine, with raspberry, cherry, red plum, sweet spices, and great length. Pour with spiced meats or autumn stews.
