Duckhorn Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Ripe and polished in the Duckhorn style, there’s plenty of black fruit alongside integrated, high quality oak spice on the nose, contained, composed, quite complete. The palate is polished and mouthfilling without heaviness – I like the fluidity and the seamlessness of the texture. Length and depth are excellent. Reliable and impeccably made, surprisingly ready to drink, but no immediate rush. Tasted May 2024. Score – 92. (John Szabo, MS, winealign.com)
