Dujac Fils & Père Gevrey-Chambertin 2021

Mostly destemmed. Medium deep dark purple. A slightly dumb nose but now the deep red fruit arrives. Surprisingly dense for the vintage, late picking paying off? A few bits of white pepper to finish.
