Earthquake Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This bottling is concentrated with mixed berries, allspice and citrus zest. These interweave with florals, simmering spices, chicory, molten chocolate and fresh brewed coffee. Tannins are silky. Aerate for an hour. Drink or hold until 2028. Score – 90. (Tonya Pitts, Wine Enthusiast, April 1, 2024)
