‘Soli’ references the Latin word for sun and is a nod to the sun-soaked vineyards in which the vines for this wine were planted in 2002. This lifted, floral wine shows red berry, savoury herbs, tobacco, and oak spice. Elegant, long and engaging, it’s a fine example of Thracian Pinot Noir and worth checking out.
