El Esteco Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

The idea here, according to Alejandro Pepa, is to make a Cabernet Sauvignon that has some pyrazine notes. Suitably grassy, with pastille fruit, fine-grained tannins and refreshing acidity, it’s another impressive red from the El Esteco team. Drink date: 2020-2026. Score – 92.
