Elderton Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

It’s splendidly ripe and inviting on the nose with blackcurrant, subtle tobacco and spicy oak characters with an elegant herbal infusion. The palate displays excellent focus and drive, beautifully complemented by succulent fruit intensity and fine texture.
