Elderton Ode To Lorraine Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz/Merlot 2021

An exceptional vintage produced this refined tribute to co-founder Lorraine Ashmead. Vivid in hue and on the palate, with fresh, juicy blackcurrant and blueberry, lacy, bitter chocolate and alluring riffs of sage (predominantly), spearmint and green peppercorn. Fine but layered pencil shaving tannins add a classic touch to this Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot blend. Very persistent, poised finish.
