This blend of Syrah and Cinsault comes from 19-year-old vines and is aged for 12 months in concrete and a further year in bottle. It’s silky, luscious, and brimming with red fruit, lifted herbs, and gentle earth notes. A great wine for summer entertaining. Fire up the grill and have some fun with the pairings.
