This is a 60/40 blend of Grenache and Syrah sourced from terraced sites planted in clay, gravel, and soft sandstone. It’s ripe, plush and peppery, with an alluring, characterful garrigue note. It has the potential to drink through 2030 and perhaps even beyond and will be a fine option for grilled meat, roast chicken, or fried seitan ‘chicken’ tenders.
