Farmer’s Leap Pillar Box Red 2023

A wine that punches well above its weight. Brooding black fruits of damson plum, elderberries and fig skin. There is an alluring spice box of kampot pepper, black sesame and caraway seed. The steep upturn of acidity builds slowly over time, and the trail of firm but powdery tannins carries the flavours on. It’s a very tidy little wine; buy as much as you can! Drink by: 2029.
