Featherstone Red Tail Merlot 2024

This wine is sourced from a vineyard perched atop the Niagara Escarpment and named for the red-tailed hawks that soar on thermals there. Fermented with wild yeast, it’s complex and an astonishing value. It has layered red and dark fruit, cassis, plum, earth, cocoa, mixed spices and savoury herbs.
