Featherstone Reserve Cabernet Franc 2021

Cabernet Franc is a bit of a Niagara specialty, and Featherstone are particularly adept at coaxing the very best from the grape. This 2021 is filled with red and black berries, with savoury herbs, anise, cassis, spice, and a smoky finish. Drinking well now, it has the potential to evolve into the early 2030s. Try it with grilled ribs or a lentil Salisbury steak.
