Fogolar Cabernet Franc 2019

A portion of the juice for this 100% Cabernet Franc was pressed off to be made into a rosé, concentrating the remaining wine. It shows a balanced character between the brambly fruit and the smooth tannins, with flavours of blackberry, cranberry, vanilla, and baking spices.
