Fogolar Picone Vineyard Cabernet Franc VQA

This wine was fermented warm for 28 days in stainless steel before maturing in French oak for two years. It’s so easy to enjoy that the complexity and depth are quite beguiling delights. There’s well-integrated tannins, lifted florals, layered red fruit, savoury herbs, earthy underbrush, vanilla and spice. A great food wine; try it with grilled meats or mushroom risotto. Drink through 2028+.
