Francois Buffet Clos de la Rougeott Volnay 1er Cru 2022

This excellent Volnay 1er cru marries the fine red berry and cherry aromas we expect from this appellation. Very focused on the cool, medium-bodied palate, where the elegantly dry tannins remind me a lot of wines from the better vintages of the 1990s. Long, fine-grained and stony finish.
