Gaja Dagromis Barolo 2020

Gaja’s Serralunga and La Morra vineyards escaped the frost and hail that damaged several sites in Barolo during the 2020 growing season. The Dagromis Barolo 2020 can be held for another 5+ years to allow it to fully flesh out and reveal its rose petal, dried herb, spice and licorice aromas and flavours, but decanted for 90 minutes to two hours, it can be enjoyed tonight with prime rib or rack of lamb.
