Gefira Dry Red PGI Evia 2019

Gefira is a blend of three varietals, Varidiano 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30% and Merlot 30%. Expect aromas of red berries with sweet spices and a hint of oak. Fruity cherries on the palate with balanced acidity, a soft mouthfeel and peppery notes on the finish. Pair with roast pork and grilled chicken or pork souvlaki.
