His efforts to raise the profile of the Languedoc have brought us an impressive, exciting range of wines. This one is crafted from Syrah sourced from vines over 20 years of age and old-vine Carignan that’s between 80 and 100 years old. A layered, complex wine, with suggestions of ripe cherry, spice, cloves and toast.
