Ghost in the Machine Shiraz 2021

Bruce Jack Wines is a beloved face in South African winemaking for its sustainable farming choices and experimentation in the winemaking process. This blend of Grenache and Shiraz was hand-harvested and went through partial carbonic maceration, which is common in natural and organic winemaking.
