Giacomo Borgogno & Figli Fossati Barolo 2018

This elegant, succulent red features notes of rose, wild strawberry and cherry, plus hints of licorice, truffle and an underlying mineral streak. Though light on its feet, there are dense, well-integrated tannins, and this shows poise and harmony. Terrific length. Drink now through 2040. Score – 95.
