This family estate was the first certified-organic winery in Greece. Made from 100% Agiorgitiko, the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak. Brimming with savoury herbs and tangy red fruit, it’ll pair beautifully with roast lamb, mild falafel or stuffed mushrooms.
