In Spain, Reserva wines must be matured for three years in cask and bottle before release. Easygoing with aromas of black plum preserve, blackberry, ginger and blood orange. It sizzles with hamburgers, beef empanadas or roast chicken stuffed with olives, almonds and paprika.
