Gurjaani Old Marani Mukuzani 2019

A dry Georgian Saperavi that is quite tannic but with lots of old-world flair and flavour. A bit resinous but not bitter, with an abundance [of] red cherry fruit flavour. Decant or serve with salty protein for the purposes of immediate enjoyment. Quite traditional in style but cleanly made with good length. Tasted September 2022. (Sara d’Amato,winealign.com)
