Hare Cabernet/Merlot 2019

The 2019 is composed of 35.6% Cabernet Franc, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 29.4% Merlot. There is a lot to like here, with layers of complex dark fruit, chocolate, savoury herbs, spice and smoke. Try this wine with leg of lamb or a lentil-and-root-vegetable stew.
