This signature blend was aged for 20 months in French, Hungarian and American oak. Expect nuances of sweet red fruit, vanilla and a kiss of oak. Soft and silky on the palate, it is medium-bodied and fruity with a long finish. Try with baked pasta in a red meat sauce, bacon and aged cheddar grilled cheese or as an aperitif.
