This Pinot Noir is sourced from a site roughly five kilometres from the South Atlantic Ocean that features ancient decomposed granite, saprolite clay and quartzite. It shows freshness and vibrancy, with a sophisticated, layered flavour profile featuring sour cherry, pomegranate, garden herbs and a savoury underpinning.
