This blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Aragonez (Tempranillo) is a solid reminder of the quality and value to be found in Portugal’s vast selection of indigenous grapes. The combinations are seemingly endless, the results spectacular. This example has plenty of juicy black fruit and is oh so likeable. Delicate touches of spice and a gently tannic structure round out the wine beautifully.
