Highgate Organic Cabernet Sauvignon South Australi

Sweet cherry, blackberry perfume, hints of violets and mint. A dark element of earth and boot paste. Textural tannins, grainy or sandy and grippy, lots of minty freshness on the palate and tart black fruit. It’s quite energetic and with lively acidity. I like its energy.
