Niagara’s 2023 vintage had its challenges (don’t they all!), but a warm, dry fall swept in and liberated the grapes from the inconsistent conditions of the season; A fortuitous intervention that gave grapes time to ripen and to develop the concentration and balance that mark the year. This Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend is complex, structured and ripe, with sharply defined fruit.
