Inniskillin Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Good, plenty and reductive cabernet sauvignon, full throttle and flavour, sweet dark berry flavours, piques of spice and underlying chalkiness. Tannic, yet never harsh nor drying, or abrupt at the finish. Truly full and generous, notably wooded and for the correct reasons. Drink 2027-2031. Tasted blind at NWACs 2026, June 2026.
