This big, burly wine is generous and layered, with notes of black fruit, plum, savoury herbs, cloves and smoke. Despite the intensity, the balance keeps it from feeling overpowering, and the tannins, though drying, have a velvety, appealing character. This has the stuffing to age through 2025+. Pair with grilled ribs or roast beef.
