Isabel Ferrando Colombis Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2024

Coming from three plots affectionately called the satellites (the Colombis lieu-dit with limestone, Rayas/Cristia with sandy soils, and La Crau with clay), the 2024 Châteauneuf Du Pape Colombis is 100% Grenache with 30% whole clusters and aged in one foudre for 18 months. It’s gorgeous, showing kirsch, wild strawberries, Provençal spice, and savory flowers. Medium-bodied, ultra-pure, and balanced, it has fine tannins and a great finish that’s all about finesse, elegance, and class, while still bringing beautiful Grenache and Provençal character.
