Plavac Mali is not unlike Zinfandel, to which it’s related, but it tends to be bigger and more full-bodied. This smooth, expressive wine was aged in stainless steel for five years to preserve the purity of the berry fruit and has a refined minerality. Try it with grilled lamb or herb-infused roasted vegetables.
