The 2018 Cuvée PAU is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, with small amounts of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Inspired by the famous grand cru expressions of Bordeaux’s Pauillac region, it’s broad, burly, and proudly Californian. A firm wine, with rich cassis, black cherry, plum, cedar and chocolate tones.
