Hilltop is J. Lohr’s highest-altitude vineyard in Paso Robles. The Hilltop Cabernet is precise and polished, with black fruit, cassis, baking spice, woodsmoke, chocolate, and savoury herbs. A great cellar starter, this would be wonderful with grilled steak and roasted vegetables.
