Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Pinot Noir 2021

This wine is soft on the palate, with supple tannins that show a certain Ontarian finesse. Flavours of red cherry and stewed strawberry are framed by a light oaky texture, with hints of mushroom and beetroot. Decant tonight for 30 minutes and serve alongside pork chops with cranberry sauce or lay it in the cellar for another 5+ years.
