Kacaba Merlot 2021

The 2021 vintage was challenging in Niagara, resulting in reduced yields and demanding extra-detailed attention in the vineyard and during selection. Kacaba’s Merlot 2021 demonstrates the fine quality such determined effort produces. It’s perfumed, plush and smooth, with a great depth of raspberry, plum and blackberry fruit alongside dried fruit, garden herbs and cinnamon, with cocoa and wood on the close. Drink through 2028+.
