Intensely aromatic, dominated by red fruits, green herbs, and caramel. Medium body with velvet tannins and distinctive acidity. It is an ideal companion for roasted meat and pasta with light red sauces or the Greek ‘Ladera’ (casserole dishes with vegetables and plenty of olive oil).
