Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

It’s not as famous as Paul Sauer, but Kanonkop’s Cabernet Sauvignon often runs it close in terms of quality. This is a subtle, deceptively forward red with detailed tannins, mint and fynbos aromas, deftly integrated 50% new wood, bright acidity and flavours of cassis and summer berries.
