Karas Areni 2023

Harvested from vineyards at the base of Mount Ararat, Areni is an indigenous Armenian red varietal. The wine is crafted through fermentation in traditional Armenian amphorae called Karas. The resulting wine shows notes of cherry, black pepper and mineral, while paying homage to a distinct Armenian identity.
