Product Details
This naturally semi-sweet red is made from Georgia’s most famous grape: Saperavi. Grapes are harvested late and fermentation is halted halfway through the process by chilling the fermenting juice, resulting in a wine with low alcohol and a pleasant sweetness. Expect notes of ripe black plum, sugared dates and pomegranate, with a core of zippy acidity and spicy tannins for balance.
